New in this update

Preparation is
becoming concrete.

Kenya now has independently deliverable Western and Eastern components in its planning scope. Institutional assessment work in Togo adds a further practical use case. Seven country-specific PPP preparation frameworks have been revised for discussion.

The next commercial step is to turn defined preparation needs into funded assignments and repeat use.

01 / Programme progress

Focused work.
Clear next decisions.

Kenya is the first substantial programme revenue priority, followed by Togo and Somalia. Each opportunity has a separate commissioning, funding and delivery decision.

Kenya
Feasibility preparation

University of Eldoret &
Eastern Kenya pathway

The Western component centres on the University of Eldoret’s six-hectare Food Forest Living Laboratory. The 2 November concept note proposes independently deliverable Western and Eastern feasibility studies of up to 120 days. The Western study covers soil, agroforestry, water, biodiversity, smallholder economics and commercialisation.

The Eastern component is separately scoped, with its host, payer and additional work to be agreed. Scientific leadership remains with the universities. February 2027 is the Western planning start, subject to a funded appointment.

Togo
Institutional assessment

From institutional review
to a defined preparation scope

Ongoing assessment work provides a practical setting for reviewing organisational evidence and clarifying the next preparation decision.

The next commercial opportunity is a bounded advisory assignment with agreed inputs, deliverables and payment terms. Detailed findings and supporting records remain private.

Somalia
Evidence & preparation

Jazira Coastal Regeneration

Preparation with AECBED connects coastal restoration, community livelihoods and climate resilience. The Jazira Hub workspace contains programme documents, a first-phase evidence acceptance register and dated correction records.

AECBED leads implementation. Terra Vita’s contribution remains evidence and programme preparation within an agreed scope.

Namibia
Programme & advisory work

Arid-land agriculture and value addition

Preparation and advisory work around regenerative agriculture, indigenous plant economies and governance, including the Opuntia pathway.

Current work is confirmed by Terra Vita. The September Opuntia MoU and LOI materials in the source overview remain drafts.

Ukraine
Programme development

Community Agro-Resilience Hubs

Work on the CARH+ pathway connects climate resilience and recovery with governance, evidence and milestone design.

Terra Vita confirms continuing work and negotiations. The next activation scope and resources remain subject to agreement.

Geographic entries are not counts of customers or contracted projects. Zambia and Angola share one cross-border discussion. The PPP preparation work below is reported separately from these relationships.

03 / New preparation output

Seven countries.
Country-specific PPP work.

Seven standalone discussion frameworks, revised on 1 November, connect proposed services with country policy sources, evidence requirements, responsible authorities and the next commissioning decision.

Preparation capability

From adaptation priorities to a service that can be tested

The frameworks cover irrigation, agricultural logistics, rice processing, fisheries and cold chains, water services, and agroforestry processing. Country NAP or NDC references are mapped with unresolved source and project inputs made explicit.

  • Burundi · Côte d’Ivoire · Democratic Republic of the Congo
  • Guinea · Liberia · Mozambique · Sierra Leone

Standalone country discussion frameworks. This counts prepared outputs, not government mandates, funded PPPs or customer contracts.

Next: identify a sponsor, preparation payer and bounded country assignment. Illustrative financial tests are teaching assumptions, not costed investment projects.

04 / Product use & development

A connected evidence
and readiness approach.

Assessment & Evaluation has seven active project records, excluding demos and samples. Four projects have used Hub since 2026: Somalia, Ukraine, Kenya and Namibia. Funding Engine has seven users and 320 verified capital routes. People retain decision authority.

An entry product for live preparation needs

Assessment & Evaluation helps users organise project evidence, identify unresolved conditions and prepare a next-decision brief. Programme use informs the institutional offer; paid diagnostic commissions are the next commercial test.

A route to continuing institutional use

A defined diagnostic can lead to a separately commissioned deployment and continuing institutional access where the customer needs a maintained record.

The next proof is repeat purchasing, accepted outputs, measurable customer benefit and delivery beyond the founder.

Continental Governance Spine

A demonstrator for Africa-wide coordination

The goal is to connect project opportunities, evidence, responsible institutions and preparation needs across the continent, while preserving national decision rights and local ownership.

African Union member-state nodes represented in the demonstrator’s scope. This is an architecture milestone, not a count of adopting governments or customers.

If fewer than two of the first ten qualified conversations convert within their expected sales cycle, targeting, offer and pricing are reviewed before sales spend increases.

Published pricing checked 3 November: diagnostic €10,000; Funding Engine Tier 1 €1,500/month or €18,000/year. Workflow deployment uses a €35,000 internal model assumption within €25,000–€45,000. Core 24-month revenue remains €510,900. Other offers have no assumed sales volumes in the 2027–2029 core plan. A separate 2030–2033 scenario proposes a Funding Engine Tier 1–3 mix. 06 / The road ahead

The next proof
is commercial.

November priorities turn preparation into defined purchases and evidence of customer value. The 24-month plan supports that work; its milestones are targets.

01 · Convert programme work

Secure a funded Western Kenya assignment, define the Eastern scope, then progress bounded Togo and Somalia work with agreed payers, deliverables and terms.

02 · Sell repeatable diagnostics

Qualify institutional buyers with a live review decision and a preparation budget. The first funded-plan release milestone is three paid diagnostic commissions by month six.

03 · Demonstrate repeat value

Measure accepted corrections, review effort, repeat use and delivery hours. Test handover to another authorised person and renewals as they become due.

Public pages explain the approach and programme context. Supporting agreements, source records and detailed assessments can be discussed through an appropriate review process.

Commercial priorities and the 24-month core funding plan follow the reviewed 31 October business plan. Togo assessment activity is reflected at a high level; private findings and supporting documents are not published here.

The seven country PPP frameworks are discussion drafts revised on 1 November. The wider country table retains the 19 October institutional overview and founder update unless a later date is stated. The older overview is not treated as a fresh status confirmation.
